My favourite though is Malabar rockpool, big & very few people around, 6 foot deep with sea weed & small fish, beautiful.

G’day Ken, I’ve updated our maps & the title above to reflect the correct name for North Narrabeen Rock Pool. Thanks for the info.

Talking about cold, the morning I shot Mona Vale Rock Pool (top virtual tour above) was absolutely freezing. With a jumper and jacket on I was still shivering. Yet as you can see in the virtual tour there are people in swimmers about to enter the water. AMAZING stuff

Stunning photos - congratulations. Just one minor correction - the pool you have listed as 'Warriewood Rock Pool' is actually North Narrabeen - there is no rock pool at Warriewood Beach.

I know it well because I learnt to swim in those cold, dark waters!
